Montana bookseller Russ Lawrence has been active fighting obscenity laws in his state. I love this quote from him:

"The Bill of Rights was enacted to protect us from what was called 'tyranny of the majority'. No matter how many people vote to infringe on our civil rights, that does not make it legal. You cannot vote to give up your Constitutional rights, as the voters in this county attempted to do in 1994."
