AAP/PW Publishing Conference
Head's up from yesterday's PW Daily:
"New PW publisher Bill McGorry and the AAP's Pat Schroeder have announced that on March 3, the AAP is bringing its annual meeting to New York to join forces with Publishers Weekly for a groundbreaking conference that will address issues central to the book business. This event will gather leaders of the business and include insights and discussions on a large number of issues. The conference will take place at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square and will be followed by the AAP's Annual Meeting for Smaller and Independent Publishers on March 4. More details to come."
