Yesterday (Tuesday) I visited with Liberty Bay Books and Armchair Books. These are two bookstores I work with on their store websites. In a perfect world, these stores will have thousands of visitors each month checking out their store news, reading about good books, and maybe even ordering a couple.
Armchair is teaching me more about the world of Romance books than I ever thought I'd learn. I used to have a bad tendency to dismiss some books or authors. Since working inside bookstores, it's easier to see that for each book published, someone thought it should be written, and many people thought it should be published, so there must be people out there who think it should be read. The fun part is getting the books in front of the right people.
