George Plimpton's untitled autobiography, covering "a life that has taken him from a Paris café with Ernest Hemingway to the receiving end of bruising tackles by NFL linemen to the Ambassador hotel the night Robert Kennedy was assassinated," to Deborah Baker at Little, Brown (who was fired shortly after making the deal, so Pat Strachan takes over as editor), by Joe Regal (world).
