Hey everyone,
In a week or so Nicholas Basbanes' new book A Splendor of Letters will be out. I'm in the middle of it now, and it appears to be a good addition to the History of Reading, Writing, and Books genre. So far it's focusing on papyrus scrolls from ancient civiliations. I think he brings it around to present day books by the end.
