Events at Newtonville Books
Tim Huggins, owner of Newtonville Books, and his staff have put together a few excellent events (again!):

On Friday, February 6 at 7:30pm in the Newtonville Books in the Attic
series, we host the acclaimed and National Book Award-winning author, Ha
Jin. He reads Friday night from his latest novel, The Crazed (now in
paperback). This latest novel that takes on the universal and perennial
conflicts between convention and individualism, integrity and pragmatism,
loyalty and betrayal. This event is cohosted with and at The Attic
(upstairs of Union Street Bar in Newton Centre). There is plenty of
standing room, but it is highly recommended you contact Stephanie
