"Rebecca Wells' YA-YAS IN BLOOM, to Lynne Drew at Harper UK, for six figures, for publication in April 2005 (simultaneous with Harper's US release), by Kim Witherspoon at Witherspoon Associates."
and this guy is the publisher at small press Future Tense Publishing. They published Zoe Trope's fantastic Please Don't Kill the Freshman in zine format before HarperCollins:
