Blog Delay

It occurs to me that there was considerable time between posting recently. Let me explain. I had a rather large life event take place. It involved the cute girl I've been in love with for a long time and a beautiful outdoor ceremony.

We then took some time away from the outside world and now we're back. We're slowly getting back to our careers and we're also taking time to make sure the life we're living is the one we've always pictured in our own minds and talked about together.

The last year has been filled with many changes, and many plans for the future. I've changed jobs twice in the last 12 months and moved again for the fourth time in five years. I'm now feeling more settled and life in Madison is beginning to fall into place in the weird cosmic ways it seems to insist on. Comfort and stability usually means bigger changes are ahead.

I've learned to trust that whatever happens will happen. And Luck is merely having the skill to be in the right place when an extraordinary event takes place.

I started this blog over two years ago and many amazingly lucky events have happened since in both my personal and working worlds. Here's to more years of meeting new people and sharing ideas.

It feels like the AnthemBooks.com idea is on the edge of a big-scale change about to happen. I can't tell yet what the change will be because it's unknown. Change has a way of showing up in the wrong costume, or not the one expected. I think it's going to require a lot of people to determine what we can create. I hope you'll be a part of the process.
